1. Payment Methods

At Optimized Entrepreneurs, we accept payment for our coaching services through the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: We securely process payments through Gumroad, a trusted platform that uses Stripe as a payment gateway, to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your financial information

  • Bank Transfer: For larger transactions or bulk purchases, we may accept payments via bank transfer. Please contact us at billing.saintknowledge@gmail.com for more information on this payment option.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment: Payment for our coaching services is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Currency: All prices and transactions are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified

  • Online Transactions: For payments made online through our website, you will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is successfully processed. This email will serve as your receipt.

  • Offline Payments: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please notify us at billing.saintknowledge@gmail.com once the transfer is completed. We will confirm receipt of payment via email.

4. Late Payments

  • Stripe Investigations: While we do not offer refunds directly, if you believe there has been an error in processing your payment, gumroad may initiate investigations and potentially provide refunds based on their policies and procedures.
